Performance Certification Series II: an operational focus.
While there are numerous certification programs for minority-owned businesses, CMT1™ emphasizes developing and assessing operational execution. This 12-month program trains businesses on the requirements and expectations of Fortune corporations and government procurement departments while assessing their performance ability against our key performance metrics.
Throughout the year, the minority business's operational managers and drivers follow a comprehensive list of procedures and monthly oversight reviews designed to grow industry knowledge and experience. On completion, businesses receive the CMT1™ performance certification, subject to program requirements, and may qualify for carrier opportunity protections.
